Shawney & Sean's Engagement Session | Downtown Annapolis

Hey everyone!!

I had a wonderful time doing this session for Shawney & Sean!! They are one of the sweetest couples I've met so far!  :)

Shawney told me that her and Sean met 18 years ago in the 9th grade, but they weren't an item at the time :) Fast forward a few years, they had their first date on April 17th 2015. They went to dinner with friends, and the rest is history!

Shawney also filled me in on the proposal! It was a few days before her birthday, and Sean had everything planned out to make this the best day ever! They went to dinner to celebrate her birthday early with family. Sean made an announcement, and before you know it he popped the question! Of course Shawney said YES!!!

Their wedding date is set for 6/17/17. They will be getting married at the beautiful Carter Memorial Church in Baltimore, MD.

I bet you can feel the love through these photos. Congratulations again Shawney and Sean! I can't wait until June!!! :)

Tamia & Donte's Engagement Session

We meet again, dear blog readers!

I recently had the pleasure of photographing my cousin Tamia and her fiancé Donte in Annapolis, MD at Quiet Waters Park. This soon to be wedded couple will be getting married on August 20, 2016.

They knew each other in high school, went out on a "date" and became inseparable ever since. It wasn't until Christmas 2014 when Donte popped the question, and she said YES!

I know it's going to be a gorgeous wedding!

My cousin tells me that she hasn't done any modeling, but I can tell you I DON'T BELIEVE HER lol :) She is absolutely gorgeous and her poses are on point!! You can't fool me one bit Tamia haha. Check it out for yourselves!!

Savannah's Newborn Session

Today I'd like you to meet Savannah!! This little princess has only been on Earth
for a short period, but she is such a naturally beautiful baby. I absolutely had to take advantage of those good looks during this session.
Seriously -- her creamy skin tone, and natural glow make Savannah a serious contender for pretty much any “cute baby contest” in the country! Take a look for yourself!!! :)

Isaacs Family Session

Hi again everyone!

Let me stop for a second to tell you that I am seriously the luckiest photographer in the world. My clients are always so much fun to work with. That's true of my session with the Isaacs family, too!
I met up with them in May at Downs Park in Pasadena and the weather was perfect for photo-taking.
While the weather was fine, it was the Isaacs family that made this shoot such a success.

Little Ben's birthday was right around the corner, so it was the perfect time to do a family/birthday photo session. They are such a wonderful family and a close-knit group who clearly love spending time together. See below for some teasers from our session!

Addisyn's Cake Smash!

Hi again, everyone!

What happens when you give a 1 year old a cake??? You get a cake smash!!! I had a super cute little one in the studio for her 1 year old cake smash session. I can't wait for you to see the pictures!

Little "Addy" was a little hesitant at first to touch her cake, but as soon as mom gave her a taste of the icing it was on!!! lol

You do not want to miss these pictures. Check them out below!!

The Browns Gender Reveal!

Hello again!

I meet this sweet couple through Facebook. They have an amazing story to tell about how they first met!! They have been married for about a year now, and I can tell that they will be together for a lifetime!! It was truly a pleasure being able to capture this moment for them. What was meant to be a photo session turned out to be a great conversation with new friends!

Oh and.....It's a.......BOY!!!!

We can't wait to meet baby Nehemiah coming in October 2016!! Like most moms she is counting down the days until she can hold her precious baby. Check out some of my favorite shots from our session together at my in home studio.

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas!! This is always an exciting time of the year!! I had a small chance to snap a few pics of my girls before I called it quits for the holiday :) Have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!
